Who cares? What's that got to do with YOUR perfect training plan? It's tempting to copy the fastest racer we know, but he or she probably doesn't have the same genetic make up and body size. Everyone's got different strengths, weaknesses and available time to train. What to do?
There is no easy way to develop YOUR perfect plan. After going through several training books and being confronted with all the different ideas, terms and definitions you are still left with the frustration of wondering WHO is right.
