Same as above, although I tend to ride on the road more often than not.

I run and lift in the off season, also some cross country skiing an some snow-boarding.

I sometimes will use Accellerade but usually just water and Gatorade.

Typically hills are my least sucky.

The comradrie among all levels and lifestyles that come together in one single activity.

Actually finishing my very first race at Granogue of all places!
