    I did one race in 2002 at French Creek so I would say 2003 was my first year actually racing.
     
  2. What is your best result so far? (example: 3rd Place Senior Expert Men - Mt. Snow, VT - 2000)
     
    3rd Place at the D & Q Summer Sizzler race in New Jersey
     
  3. What is the most and least number of hours that you train in a week? (Not zero but the least number of hours you actually train)
     
    Least is 2,
    Most is around 9 or 10
    but I'm usually between 5 and 7 hours a week.
     
  4. Name your favorite XC and/or DOWNHILL race course?
     
    I like Blue Marsh because I rode there all the time during college.

    Middle Run/White Clay in Delaware

    25% or less. I ride indoors a lot during the winter though.

    I bulk up too easily so no weights for me.

    Gatorade sometimes
     
  10. Do you do anything special (besides the whole training lifestyle) to prepare for an important race?
     
    Make sure I have all my stuff ready the night before, know what time I'm starting and make sure I have directions so there is no stress in the morning.
