    I like to pre-ride the course hard on Fri. for a Sun race and take Sat. off except for a light spin through an easy part of the course. Sat. night eat pasta until I can't eat any more. Then eat some of Jimmy's chocolate cake!

  13. What do you consider your strong points on a race course, hills, technical sections, downhills?
     
    Hills and sections that are physically demanding which brings my extensive cross training/weight lifting into play.

    Downhill and getting some air on my new Superlight!
     
  15. What is your greatest moment (biggest rush) that you have experienced on your MOUNTAIN BIKE?
     
    That first time crossing the line first after a close, exciting race in Ocoee, Tn.
     
  16. Do you have any suggestions for Beginner racers?
     
    Listen to your body, rest and proper nutrition are important. Try to train with riders more advanced than you are when you can. The experience they have and the extra training push is invaluable!
