    3 and 15 to 20.

    Seven Springs, PA XC and Bear Creek, PA DH

    Middle Run Area.

    9 hours road and 30 miles on the trail.

    Good portion of it.

    Climbs technical and downhills.

    The rush and excitement of not being able to stop on a downhill course even if you have to.

    If you don't crash, you're not trying hard enough! Get out and push yourself to the edge!
