Fair Hill-lots of space and room to really improve your bike handing skills on all levels

Yes, I think it is important to work out other parts of your body.
- Do you use supplements or sport drinks?
Yes, Both very important
- Do you do anything special (besides the whole training
lifestyle) to prepare for an important race?
I'm a very high energy guy, so I try to relax and have fun. I think of the race as a really fast group ride and keeping in my mind set that anyone can lead the group which is me. (it's all about having fun)
- Do you use a heart rate monitor?
No, but will get one.
- Do you keep a training log?
No, my log is in my head.

hills, technical sections, downhills?
Technical Sections, I love to show off and that's where all the spectators are.
- What aspect of mountain biking is the most fun for you?
Being in the woods stress free. Once I begin my ride I forget about the stress in my life, it's amazing feeling-like a kid again with your friends having a good time.
- What is your greatest moment (biggest rush) that you have
experienced on your MOUNTAIN BIKE?
Hitting a tree going down hill at 25 mph and living to tell the story.
- Do you have any suggestions for Beginner racers?
Take the next group ride to the next level, and cross that Finish line. See you at the next race.............
