    Try to get up early enough to eat a good breakfast and drink water nonstop before the race.

    Not all the time but usually.
     
  13. What do you consider your strong points on a race course, hills, technical sections, downhills?
     
    I think I handle technical sections OK and I like to climb a lot.
     
  14. What aspect of mountain biking is the most fun for you?
     
    Long grinding climbs but I like bombing the downhill after too. I guess just riding in general.

    Finishing in the top twenty at the Norba NCS at Seven Springs
     
  16. Do you have any suggestions for Beginner racers?
     
    Don't worry about how quickly you're progressing just enjoy being outside and enjoy riding.
