Big Timber VIIII - The Pennsylvania Norba XC Championship

Mr.Radziewicz has put yet another win under his belt for the 1999 season. Holding a full time job and riding his mountain bike almost exclusively on weekends - Dave has had an incredibly successful year. He turned Pro in July after taking first place in the Chevy Trucks NCS at Seven Springs this year.

After flatting 3 times in his last race a week ago, Dave went neck to neck in a heated battle with Chris Eatough (who was 11th PRO at Seven Springs ahead of TINKER JUAREZ). The outcome of the battle would see who the Pennsylvania State Champion would be. With a gap of about 15 seconds 10 minutes from the end of the race Eatough flatted. Check out Dave's interview for the rest of the story.

Fairmount Park, Phila., PA

The Belmont plateau cyclocross race was held at the same place as the Fairmount Classic. It was a 1 mile course, with 5 sets of obstacles. It was an overcast day in the low 60s. The woman's race went off at 11:00, there were 10 women and Lyn finished 9th. She was the only one with a mountain bike sporting 2.0 knobbies!

Craig was 8th place out of 18 starters. The men also started at 11:00, but they went off 30 seconds before the woman. This was Craig and Lyn's first cyclocross race.
